AJ's Organic Catering is owned and operated in Victoria B.C. by Alesha Davies. We offer custom party platters that are deliciously prepared with organic and local (when available) produce, Natural Pastures artisan cheeses, island baked breads and use compostable/recyclable/reusable containers for packaging.
